Charles A. “Chad” Weinstein is president of Ethical Leaders in Action, where he works to develop leaders in small business, health care, and public safety organizations. He began that work in 2007, as director of the Hill Center for Ethical Business Leadership at the James J. Hill Reference Library. Prior to that, Weinstein was a consultant and manager the areas of market and technology research. Weinstein lives with his family in Saint Paul’s Iris Park neighborhood. When he isn’t pounding on a lectern or a laptop, he’s likely to be fishing, canoeing, cooking, or reading pulp detective fiction, while artfully avoiding various home- and personal-improvement projects.
